Great location for access to the malls and only a short drive from the airport. Staff were excellent! Had an issue with the sliding bathroom door which was fixed but most importantly they helped locate a lost bag once we had left the hotel. Cannot thank the staff enough and would definitely stay again if ever in town.

Service - Staff were very friendly and helpful: from the front desk, housekeeping and hosts for breakfast. We stayed in the Executive Suite room and it was very comfortable, spacious and clean (great housekeeping everyday too!). Nuvo met our needs for a very easy R&R vacation - we utilized the pool everyday and it was very relaxing and comfortable. We didn’t have a car, however nearby stores/malls/restaurants are within walking distance - many options within a 10 minute walk at most, movie theater was about a 20 minute walk. Also it is about a 25 minute cab ride (depending on time of day) from MIA airport.

My daughter and I traveled to Miami to celebrate her birthday. The hotel met all of our needs. It was centered between two malls for easy shopping. There were numerous restaurants within 10-15 minute drives. The staff was friendly, professional, and very courteous. I truly enjoyed the complimentary valet parking. The room was very spacious and clean as well as the hotel itself. Housekeeping came to our room daily. The shower was nice and we always had hot water. The kitchen was equipped with a large fridge and nice stove. There were even bar stools and a dining room table with chairs. The elevators were quick. Security was not an issue. We also had a washer and dryer in the room. Our balcony was fairly sizeable with patio furniture. During our stay we were so busy we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop pool. I am sure it was very nice. When we return to Miami we will definitely stay at Nuvo again. I have no complaints..... Only praises. Thank you for a great experience Nuvo!!

We spent a night in this hotel with our toddler. The Hotel location is really good, between two big malls and Ikea, Home depot etc. close to the airport on the western edge of the city. Closest playground is the Veterans park, 5 min from the hotel, city center is about 20-30min. Everything went smoothly when we arrived, the receptionist and the valet parker was really nice, all of the room cleaners were kind could say hello! They spoke Spanish and English too. The hotel is in really good shape and clean, and the amenities were better than expected. The pool area is like in an expensive fancy hotel, with big heated pool, hot bath, bar, gym and big screens. The whole pool area is facing toward the airport, you can see big planes really close. The room was really clean, with well equipped kitchen, the bed was comfortable, only the AC was a little loud but not too much. Windows were noise proof so we couldn’t hear the planes. Breakfast was very good too, it could compete with the more expensive hotels. All in all, this hotel is more than its price, it was a good choice and recommend it. We will choose it next time if we go to Miami.

Needed something for memorial Day weekend to attend a family function nearby and I especially needed a room that was ADA compliant for my 96 year old mother who uses a walker. The added feature that I was not aware of prior to my arrival, which really made a difference, was that there was no carpeting in this hotel and if you have an issue with allergies (which My mother does) it really makes a difference. I can't say enough about the staff they are super nice, super helpful, and very courteous. Because we are Florida residents we were able to get a discount and that made a difference especially because it was memorial Day weekend. Admit every expectation that I had.
